Full Frontal (Lobe) Attack

Full Frontal (Lobe) Attack

Mar 10, 2025

Have you ever played a game and thought, “I need more of this.” Maybe it was a weekend in Las Vegas where you knew that one more hand at the blackjack table was going to be the one that set you up with the jackpot. While card games are good and fun, it is important to understand that this technological hijacking is quite literally everywhere we turn in today’s age. Because of this, I write this letter so that you can be aware of one of the most subtle, yet most devastating health crises of our age.

Sounds dramatic, right? However, to put this in perspective: People on average eat three meals a day. How often are you exposed to light and radiation on a daily basis? Every second of every day! If you are the average person, you are not only being bombarded by your own technology, but also by the technology of those around you.

If you have been around the wellness circle for long, you may have seen devices that “limit the exposure of radiation from cell phones” using pendants and various gemstones. Sadly, these don’t work as promised, and we end up living in an electromagnetic milieu that we were never designed for.

The main area that is being hijacked in this is your frontal lobe and the neurochemical, dopamine. You may have heard of this molecule as the “molecule of more.” It is a reward neuromodulator that reinforces behaviors that are beneficial for your health and longevity under natural contexts. Things like exercise, sex, being in the Sun, and eating healthy foods are great dopamine reinforcing behaviors that “reward” us for health promoting things. However, this system was hijacked into tricking our nervous systems into degenerative behaviors that leave us sick, obedient, numb, and tired.

Dopamine affects many different areas of the body, however, for the sake of this letter, we will focus on its primary area of function: the frontal lobe. Here are some classic early signs of dopamine issues:

  1. Lack of focus and attention — Typically seen as difficulty reading a book or having long conversations. This is why social media prioritizes short, 3 second clips or video games that require constant feedback.

  2. Lack of motivation — Typically have trouble getting up in the morning. No vision for life or greater purpose.

  3. Lack of energy — Constantly fatigued, leading to lower immune function, lowered libido, increased stress hormones, and overtaxed metabolism

  4. Increased anxiety and stress — The frontal lobe’s role is movement, executive function, and general inhibition. General inhibition is a calming effect which decreases anxiety and stress. This is why movement is a great anxiolytic (anti-anxiety tactic).

  5. Increased suggestibility — Overtaxed frontal lobes are easily suggestible. This is the science of gambling and Las Vegas’s profitability.

It is important to note that children are most susceptible to this attack on frontal lobes. Why? Their frontal lobes aren’t fully myelinated until they are around 25 years old. Myelin is the sheath that surrounds nerves that allows them to conduct their business properly, with little interference. This means that their natural protective mechanisms are not fully developed yet. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that the most vulnerable population takes this fight seriously.

So what causes degeneration of our frontal lobes and dopamine? Here’s the short list of what is causing this damage:

  1. Disruption of sleep/wake cycles — This is the body’s recycling. In our brains, we have a system called the glymphatic system that drains out the garbage. When we don’t sleep, we don’t take out the trash, and it affects the frontal lobes. This is one of many issues that comes without proper sleep.

  2. Toxic exposure to chemicals in the food, air, and water — Fluoride, microplastics, mold, and pesticides are the beginner’s targets for elimination. When we don’t filter these out of our lives, we become the filter.

  3. Toxic relationship with technology — Society has replaced its Sun with the artificial flicker of screens and fluorescent lighting. This changes your hormone profiles, your sleep, and even the neurological circuits in your brain.

  4. Deficiencies in key nutrients — Creatine, B-vitamins, CoQ10, and Vitamin E are great places to start in rebuilding your frontal lobes.

  5. Sedentary, indoor lifestyle — Finger exercises on a computer mousepad are not enough to combat the war on your frontal lobe. People are made to move, and it's a bonus if you can do it outside. Exercising outside will lead to lower risk of injury and many other benefits.

  6. Aberrant Neurological Imbalances — When you get adjusted, you are removing stress from the nervous system, like tuning an instrument before you play. These areas of imbalance are not only affecting the spinal cord, but they also have a massive effect on the frontal lobe and dopamine as well.

Each of these factors are everywhere in our society. This is why we do what we do. With having a neurologically-centric mindset towards health and longevity, you not only maximize the potential to not be sick, but to actually live with personal sovereignty.
