Attention TPL:
As we’ve transitioned into school time and away from summer schedules, we’ve started to really dive deep into scheduling trends.
In an effort to serve you all better and in a more effective time frame, this is what we’ve noticed:
1) SKED has become quite popular as a way of scheduling. Its color coded times (green= no wait times, yellow=Normal wait times, and red=more popular times) have made it very much more accommodating for people and larger families.
The one thing we did notice is the amount of people not coming to their scheduled appointment times. This is something that we first apologize for not paying more attention to, and secondly we know must be remedied. We know that being more diligent with scheduling creates much more freedom and we are committing to that.
This is where we are going to ask EVERYONE for their help because without scheduled appointment times, it can sometimes double peoples’ wait times that have scheduled appropriately.
So, in an effort to remedy this for you, our practice members, we will be asking everyone to please stay within their scheduled appointment time. For example, if you are scheduled at 4pm, your arrival time can be anytime from 4:00-4:14pm.
If you know you are going to be early or late, please use SKED to reschedule yourself within the appropriate time frame. You can also text or call us 😃
2)We LOVE families, and believe that when families focus on health together, it becomes a lot more obtainable. With that, we’ve seen large families in one adjusting bay can be a lot to manage not only for the parent, but for the doctors as well.
In order to create a more productive environment, we are asking that children age 10 and over have their own adjusting bay as this is the age we believe that pre-adjustment warmups (wobble and traction) can be accomplished as well.
Lastly, please take the weekly letters with you. They are new every week. While there might be a week you read that doesn’t quite pertain to your goals, we just ask you to share it with someone.
We are confident this will help and we will be watching this matter closely to monitor improvements.
Thank you all again for always helping us make our best better.
We love you,
The Premier Life
