I’m excited to share something a little more personal with you. After a lot of reflection, writing, and heart, my book My Premier Year is officially available on Amazon — and physical copies will also be available here in the office within the next 1–2 weeks.

Why I Wrote This Book

My Premier Year was born from the same conversations I have every day in practice. I see so many people who are motivated, informed, and trying their best — yet still feeling disconnected from their health, their bodies, or the version of themselves they know they’re called to become.

I wrote this book because lasting health isn’t just about knowing what to do. It’s about understanding why you’re doing it.

Health isn’t the end goal.
Health is the capacity that allows you to walk faithfully — and fully — in the calling God has placed on your life.

To move well.
To think clearly.
To endure longer.
To show up with strength and presence for the people and purposes entrusted to you.

This book creates space to reflect, recalibrate, and move forward with intention — not just toward better habits, but toward a healthier life that actually supports your assignment.

This is an invitation to choose a season — a year — where you show up differently for yourself. Not perfectly. Just consciously.

What This Book Is

My Premier Year is a health devotional, designed to walk with you week by week through thoughtful concepts around health, mindset, and self-awareness — all rooted in the belief that the way we steward our bodies matters.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Short, weekly readings focused on one intentional concept at a time

  • Simple, practical health reflections to guide your week

  • Space to write, process, and capture your thoughts as you go

  • Weekly supporting scripture, thoughtfully chosen to connect physical health with spiritual grounding and purpose

This is a book meant to be taken slowly. One week at a time. A place to pause, reflect, and build awareness around your habits, patterns, and priorities — so your health supports the life you’re called to live.

What It’s Not

This book is not:

  • A rigid plan or a checklist

  • A quick fix or a “do more” approach

  • A one-size-fits-all solution

Instead, it’s a framework for intention — meeting you where you are, honoring your season, and allowing space for growth in both body and spirit.

Why I’m Sharing This With You

I wanted to share My Premier Year with you because you’re already investing in your health. My hope is that this book supports you not just in the actions you take, but in the why behind them.
